Sitting member of Parliament and former minister of BJP government Shoba Karandlaje and former MLC Bharathi Shetty jointly released the audio CD of ‘Pora’ Kannada cinema of Janardhana Alias Amogh on Saturday evening at the basement hall of Citadel Hotel near Anand Rao circle.

Dr Shailendra Beldala of BJP who lost his Assembly election against Ashok Kheney of Makkala Paksha is producer of the film with joint producer Devaraj Shidlaghatta. Dr Shailendra Beldala has also acted as Dr Girish Karnad son in this film ‘Pora’.

The audio company owner Lahari Velu releasing this to the market made a humble appeal to the MP Shoba Karandlaje to advice the central government to pick the right persons for the Regional Censor Board.

In her reply MP Shoba Karandlaje stated that she would look in to this issue with the union minister of Broadcasting Mr Jawedkar who is very intelligent and efficient. She also asked the Kannada film industry to come out with the needs for implementation from the central government. I know the woes of the producer and Kannada producers and Kannadigas should flourish she opined.

The film ‘Pora’ launched on last November in the direction of Amogh who is also in lead role is shot for 18 days in USA and in Bidar. When the third line hero was also not available I had to play this role observed Amogh.

Indrasena has composed music for this film. Neenillada Malege….is already huge hit according to him – according to him Lahari Audio is ‘Tavarumane’ for many film makers.

Soujanya is in an item song in this film that is yet to shoot. Bharathi Shetty, Kashinath Beldale also spoke on this occasion.
